Ask for a date and we hold it seven days while you sort out travel. Nothing is charged in that window.
A place is yours once the deposit reaches us. The balance falls due thirty days before departure, or at once if you book inside that window.
Move once, free, up to twenty-one days before departure, to any date left in the same season. A second move depends on us filling your first place.
A route needs a minimum number of people. If we cannot reach it we tell you twenty-one days ahead and you choose: another date, another route, or everything back.
Insurance covering mountain or water activity is a condition of joining. Tell us anything that affects how you move or what you eat — it changes how a guide plans the day, never whether you are welcome.
Guiding, permits, shared safety and camp equipment, and every night listed for the route. Travel to the meeting point, personal clothing and insurance are not.
